Kahawai Classic 2018

This years Kahawai Classic fishing competition was the biggest yet with 55 competitors. With 15 of these juniors.

 

Aussie Butcher Tauranga was our major sponsor this year with a massive $250.00 spot prize.

 

We also had new sponsor K-Labs Rods join us this year. K-Labs built us an epic custom fishing rod worth $400 just for this comp. They even added custom text “TFDC Kahawai Classic Winner 2018” making this rod a trophy not just a prize.

 

Top Catch Tauranga as always came to the party with some awesome prizes. However, this time they went above and beyond by giving a epic New Season Abu Garcia reel to match the custom rod worth $300. This gave us a $700 first prize.
